Synchronizing my outlook calendars

I have office 2003 with Outlook on both my desktop and laptop . I have a
wireless connection between the two computers and I have file sharing
activated. I have not been able to get entries that I make on my outlook
calendar or TASK entries to appear automatically on my laptop calendar.

Any help would be appreciated...Thank you
