Hi,

My company uses an Exchange server and I have an account where I store
contacts, emails, calendar... ... Recently I was given a laptop by the
company with Outlook 2003 and it has a local folder to keep everything
on the hard drive. everytime i connect the laptop tp the company's
network the inbox in the server is immediatly downloaded to the local
folder.

Is there any way of doing the same with the calendar and contacts, in
such way that my folders are always synchronized? I do not have any
interest on keeping my emails in the server because i have a limited
size account.

Cheers,

I don't think so. You either have it one way or the other. A PST that
downloads your mail or you use your mailbox & an offline folder which will
afford you a synchronized copy of your mailbox (mail, calendar, contacts,
etc).

See if the IT staff will allow you to have an offline folder along with
tight autoarchiving. That should keep the size of your mailbox down
