synchronizing data from two table on a form into combo or text box?

I have information in two table that I would like to synchronize on a
form into combo or text box?
This mean that when I select a supplier name into the first control
box, I will like to see its defined number into the second control box.

FYI, I have two table (the first one have over 400 supplier names and
my second table have 400 defined numbers) "each defined numbers must be
related to a specific supplier name"

Can someone told me how can I do that from a to z?

Thanking you in advance for your help!

I can't figure out how the two tables fit in this equation.

Shouldn't you have a Supplier table that has both their name and defined
number?

Hi Douglas,

Yes, I can have a Supplier table that has both their name and defined
number,
but if I do as you are saying, I guess that I will not be able to have
the defined number in a separate data entry, Thus, I need to two
separate table.

Any Idea/Suggestion?

You're going to have to provide some more detail.

What are the two tables involved? (i.e.: what fields are in each?) What are
these "defined numbers" that you feel require "separate data entry"?
