Synchronizing calendar

I am using outlook 2000 on my desktop pc and have a ipac
pocket pc which I want to be able to synchronize with each
other. At the moment appointments made on ipac do
sychronize with the desktop but if I make a appointment on
the desktop pc it only goes to the today screen on the
ipac on the calendar. Any tips as I have already
downloaded current software for the sync.

What do you have your iPAQ set to synch? Activesync=>options->highlight the
calendar->settings?
