Synchronized Combo Boxes

How can I get my combo boxes that are based on a SQL statement to requiry
when I navigate to the record.

I have several Combo Boxes that are synchronized to one combo box. When
data is entered in the main combo box, the other boxes are then limited.
This works fine.

The problem is that when the user navigates to another existing record those
same combo boxes aren't queried to the current record, but the previous one
because no new data was entered...
