Synchronize Contacts

I've "copied" some contacts from Outlook to the BCM, so I have two records
for each of these contacts. Is there a simple way to synchronize the BCM
contacts with the outlook contacts?

No, you're better off keeping everything in BCM or keep Business in BCM and
Friends/Relatives in Outlook. There's no way to synchronize between them
