Synchronize between mailbox and pub-folder

Is there a way to synch folders under users mailbox and public folders on the
Exchange-server.

I like my rules that move incoming mail to a specified folder. I can see
which folder has unread mail in the folderlist and when I reply on a mail my
mail is stored in the same folder.

Great so far.

Now I need my colleague from internal sales to be able to go through my mails.

Therefor I 'm hoping to find a system that synchronises all the folders I
have under my normal mailbox account with the corresponding public folders.

Does it exist?
Does anybody have a better idea?

The CRM software packages do that type of thing.

Have a look at Microsoft CRM 3.0, Outlook CRM and Prophet.
