Synchronization

I have replicated a database. I want it to replicate every time it is opened,
is this achievable?

microsoft.public.access.replication.

The whole idea of synchronisation is that you work *off-line* (e.g.
travelling sales reps) and only synchronise to the master when you are
working on-line with the master. Hence, I can't see any point of doing
synchronisation every time you open the database.

I am not an expert in replication, though.
