synchronization with blackberry device

I have installed outlook 2010 and have a blackberry device. with 2007 my
calendar sync'd with no problem, since installing 2010 it keeps saying I need
to reconfigure but outlook doesn't show up for configuration. Please advise.
 
Contact Blackberry and ask if they have an update for their syncing software
which fully supports Outlook 2010 BETA.
