Synchronization Error

I have a remote user trying to sync up her My Documents
folder. I have the folder redirected to our server
inhouse, and she is connected to the network via VPN. I
made sure she can see the server and she has permissions
to the folder. But she gets this error while trying to
sync:

Offline Files (\\servername\sharename on servername):
Unable to connect to '\\servername\sharename.' There are
currently no logon servers available to service the logon
request.

Any help will be appriectated. Thanks!
