Synchronising Several Calenders to one main Calender

Hi, I'm a Training Co-ordinator and one of my responsibilities is to manage
several colleagues' diaries. I have shared access so can easily view these
side by side. However, it would be really useful if I could synchronise all
of these calenders to one main Training Department Calender that could then
be viewed by other departments - I'm sure there's other software out there
that can do this, but can Outlook and if so does anyone know how?

Any help much appreciated. As some of you may have gathered I'm not a tech
wiz by any stretch of the imagination! (p.s. system running MS Office
Professional - if that helps)

There are third-party tools that can sync calendar folders. See if
