Synchronising Groove and Outlook calendars?

Is there a way of synchronising a Groove and an Outlook calendar? I don't
have Sharepoint
 
There is no utility that will syncronize the two. What I found is "Groove-It
for My Calendars" and we use that app. We needed the something to help us
with the Team Calendars and Groove Calendars.
