Synchronise Outlook 2003 on 2 Computers

I have a Desktop and a Notebook on a simple Peer to Peer Network.

I want to be able to take my Notebook away from Network and before I take it
away - I want to be able to synchronise Outlook 2003 on the Notebook with an
Outlook 2003 Installation on the Desktop - so that E-Mails can still be run
from the Desktop.

Then when I return with my Notebook - I want to be able to synchronise my
Notebook with the Desktop - as the Notebook is the main machine that I use.

Can this be done and can anybody point me in the right direction

Assuming you are using POP3 and SMTP you can simply check the box in your
email account properties that says "leave the mail on the server" or if you
have the option to use IMAP instead of POP/SMTP use it. WIth IMAP all the
messages will be the same on both due to the way IMAP works.
