Synch MS Outlook 2003 with MS Outlook 2002

I'd like to copy (merge) my work MS Outlook 2003 Calendar, Events,
Tasks, etc. (not e-mail) to my home MS Outlook 2002 on a regular basis.
I do not want my home MS Outlook stuff to be uploaded to my work MS
Outlook.
Is there a simple/fast way to do this?

You need to specify with what information store you use Outlook 2003.
For any information to be compatible with Outlook 2002 you will have to
create an ANSI PST file using File > New > Outlook Data File > Outlook
97-2002 Personal Folders file.
You cannot export data and have it be compatible with earlier versions.
