Sync Toy Problem

I'm running Sync Toy on my Tablet at home and on my desktop at home.
I have a external HD I carry between the two. At work I sync to my
home directory on a Windows server and at home to my home directory on
my home server. It worked fine for months. Now when I come home with
new files and I sync, the files don't copy over. Any ideas? I
really haven't changed anything and only the Tablet Sync isn't
syncing, the syncing at work still works fine.
 
There are two SyncToyDirectoryId.txt files, one in the parent directory and
the other in the destination (backup) directory, are they still there?
