Sync to treo 750wx

I am trying to syc outook to my 750wx. I have Vista and Outlook 2007. I
simply get a reply
Sync Started
Sync Failed
Server is busy

Thi sis the same error I get everytime. I have just gotten the phone and
tryed to sync today.. Help!
 
I did load the latest version. This is the only version I have ever had as I
just got the device yesterday and loaded vista the day before
 
I have installed the latest version and that is the only version I have ever
had. I also have Vista and Outlook 2007. Any ideas???
