Sync personal calendar with exchange calendar

Motorola Q phones will not sync to Exchange folders via usb - I need to sync
the personal calendar with the exchange calendar in outlook so I can then
sync this pda.

Suggestions would be appreciated.

Sync questions are the purview of the vendors of the sync software.
