Sync. of three computers on Outlook

In our office we are looking for a way to have three computers that are
networked together have the same info on outlook. All the computers have
outlook 2003 already but they all have there own contacts and calenders. Is
there anyway to have to same contacts and calender on three machines so that
when one is updated the other two will see that change?

example: we have a list of clients we want to stay in contact with, so we
make calls to them every 3 months. How can we set a reminder so that one of
us will make the call, and then is there a way after we log the call that the
other computers will know that contact has been made?
