Sync my outlook to my Palm details

Hi,


I use the outlook 2002 program and I want to sync my
outlook with the details that are stored in my palm505
device (OS 4.0 - palm desktop 4.1).

Can you please advise me as for how this could be done.
(I need to sync my address book and my dates).
