Sync Issues Folder OUtlook 2007

I get over 300 emails a day in the Sync Issue folder. BUt there are no
problems. THe email reads:
8:42:51 Synchronizer Version 12.0.4518
8:42:51 Synchronizing Mailbox 'Eric'
8:42:51 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Deleted Items'
8:42:51 Uploading to server 'email.org'
8:42:51 1 item(s) added to online folder
8:42:51 Done

I understand that this is informational only, but I do NOT want them. How
can I stop these emails?

Outlook 2007, Exchange 2003 SP2

disable exchange cached mode

this will hide the problem and dow not fix it , so the question is why is
that hapining and how to fix it?
