Sort of. You'd think it would be more common, but in fact it's found only in
the "large" Unicode fonts such as Arial Unicode MS. It's at glyph 211E (in
the Letterlike Symbols subset).

Do you have the Arial Unicode MS font installed? It is a very large font
(22731K) and is not installed by default. Note that if you use characters
from this font and sent the document to someone who does not have it
installed, those characters will not display or print.
