Insert> Symbol if using Word 2003 or prior. Look to the Insert Tab of the
Ribbon in 2007...

Always mention version of the program when posting:)
 
As others have said, you can find them in the Symbol font, but you can also
use Unicode characters 2660, 2663, 2665, and 2666 from the Miscellaneous
Dingbats character subset of Times New Roman, Arial, and other fonts. If you
don't know how to insert symbols, see
