I Installed the Sytem mechanic program from Iolo and ran the registry cleanup. When windows restarted All I see where letters should be is all this Symbols that look like chinese writing. How can I get my windows Back?
 
Does system mechanic offer a backup that you used before you
made the changes or did you backup your system using system
restore before using the program?

If not a yes to one of those, I'd suggest a repair install.
