Symbol PPT 2700

Has anybody worked out how to manage the barcode scanner on a symbol PPT
2700? The .NET SDK of Symbol doesn't cover this model :-(, only the 2800.

I have written it a while ago, but since it talks directly to the scanner
DLL, it might just work on 2700

I also developed an app for Symbol SPS3000 which is officially not supported
by the .NET SDK of Symbol,
but found out that it works!

So its worth a trial.
