# symbol apearing

Hi,

Does anyone know why i have # symbols replacing my imported data - th
data is imported from a sql database but when i open the worksheet wit
an automatic refresh on open some of the data (like the datas id an
the automated date data) turns into # symbols.

any advice

ok - ive found the answer - my column was too small - doh

just make your column wider

Did you try expanding your columns? Sometimes when there
is too much data in the cell - the data will appear as
#####.
