I'm not sure if Symantec has its web based forums at its website any longer.
However, if you have access to a USENET server, you Symantec has a number of
support forums on USENET. If you have the server set up in Outlook Express,
just right click the server, select newsgroups from the menu, type Symantec
into the search box and press enter. If they are available on your server,
a whole list should turn up.
These groups are not available on the msnews.microsoft.com server.
