Symanetc Endpoint Protection with System Restore - Can it be done?

I have XP Pro SP3 and EPP.
Have just sacked all previous restore points and created one and "tested" a
restore. - No Go - System cannot be restored
Then tried agin by disabling EPP by right clicking the yellow sheild - still
no go.

Questions:
1 Can this work?
2 Any thoughts on what I need to do to get it to work?

Does Symantec say that EPP is compatible with Windows System Restore?

Hi there, The link and sublink only refere to non EPP products. Does anyone
know the answere re EPP?

It's still a Norton application. Try the workaround anyway, or see if
System Restore works after rebooting into Safe Mode.

Did you upgrade to EPP from an earlier Norton application/version?
