sychost.exe error message

after 15 minute connected to internet I get this message
sychost.exe has generated errors and will be closing.
After this all applications run extremly slow.

Click CTRL + ALT + DEL together, the TASK MANAGER then
PROCESSES.

Scroll down the list & you'll see a few svchosts listed.
Is there one using a large amount of CPU usage?

It sounds like a memory leak to me.

Check the logs in the MMC (Microsoft Management Console)

START, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, ADMINISTRATOR TOOLS,
COMPUTER MANAGEMENT
