Syching profiles

I have a question on how to sych profiles. We recently moved from Novell to
Windows 2k3. My supervisor has a laptop that he uses at the office and at
home. He was used to having the same profile in both places. I explain to him
that he will now have two profiles. After a couple of month he is tired of
going back at forward trying to remember which profile is which. Is there a
way to sych both profiles without a lot of hassle? A program that he can use
with use one keystroke?
