Switching/toggling Between Tabs Using KEYBOARD in MS Excel Worksheet

Is there any way to switch/toggle worksheets in MS Excel using the
Keyboard...
this is a hassel when you have to go to the mouse to do just this ?!

I am aware you can create macros to do this... I want to know if excel
has some key combinations to switch between worksheets in a work book
