Switching Identities problem

My husband and I both use the same Outlook Express 6 and to
get to our mail we switch identities. We have been doing
this on an older version for a year with no problems.
About a week ago we got a new computer with MS XP and have
been setting up Outlook Express. We are finding that when
we go to switch identies, then Outlook disappears and in
order to get it to restart, you have to restart the
computer. Need help with this!

I too had that problem... after a single (or maybe two)
reboot(s), the identity switch WOULD cause a "blank"
screen but then after that, it would work fine... don't
know why; it works now for me, hope the same for you.
