Switching from Offline to Online

Hi.
When I start outlook it says the exchange server is not
available. SO it goes into Offline mode.
However, if I take the option Tools>Send/Receive>Microsoft
Exchange Server - this works and updates mailbox.
Also if I take option Tools>Synchronise>All folders this
also works (It seems this is the one that actually gets
the mail from the server).
M<y question is - if I am offline as described, but am
able to synchronise, how can I make Outlook go back on-
line again, so I dont have to manually force
synchronisation?
Thanks

Hi - Tyanks for the suggestions but I do not have that
option available from the File menu. Perhaps I should
have mentioned that I am using the Corporate or Workgroup
version of Outlook and it is configured to work with
Microsoft Exchange Server.
So, any other suiggestions based on this new info would be
much appreciated
Cheers!
