if you are using Netscape 6 or 7 then you need either Eudora or Netscape 4.x
Copy the mail files (the ones WITHOUT the extension) into a new mail
mprofile in either Eudora or Netscape 4.x
Open the program, and you should see the folders there. Open them one at a
time to build the indices.
Close the mail program.
You should now be able to do the import.

Unfortunately , MS have not updated that KB article to include Netscape 6 or
7 or Mozilla.
