Switching between views in Outllook

Outlook provides a feature where i can customize the way the inbox looks.
However if i have couple of ways of looking at my inbox. It does not provide
me a easy way of defining multiple views and letting me switch between them.

Folder concept not useful always(counter productive to search and extra
task of defining a rule or moving them). Instead of folder we could define
views that we can switch.

Would really appreciate thoughts from other outlook users.

You mean View>Arrange By>Current View doesn't allow you to switch Views?
