Switchboard start automatically

How can I make the switchboard start automatically when the database opens?
I have set my switchboard as the default, but it still doesn't open when I
open the database.

Have you selected your switchboard to load on startup?
Tools -> Startup -> Display form'page and select your form/switchboard you
want to load on statup.
