Switchboard question

Brent

I have created a form I want to use as a switchboard. It
is not the default switchboard and a button on the default
opens up this form. How can I format it so that it looks
like a switchboard and not a form with all the record
navigation bar on the bottom or side? I can not use Add-
in Manager so I had to create the design myself. I did
not use the wizard. I needed 15 buttons. I need to make
one more switchboard with 14 buttons that will be access
from the default switchboard as well. Any help or
suggestions will be appreciated.

You are using a form that has no RecordSource, correct?

In form design mode open the form properties dialog box.
Confirm the above by looking on the Data tab.
Then one by one, change to the following
on the Format tab: (watch what happens with each change
and you will understand it better)

Default View..... Single Form
Views Allowed.... Form
Scroll bars...... Neither
Record Selectors. No
Navigation Buttons No
Dividing lines... No
Auto Center...... Yes
Boarder Style.... Dialog
Control Box...... Yes
Min Max buttons.. none
Close Button..... Yes

You may wish to remove the header and Footer sections from
your form as well.

Good luck.
