switchboard manager not highlighted.

I have Access 2003 with SQLServer. I cannot get the switchboard manger to be
highlighted. It is greyed out. How do I get it activated.

I think it's an add-in which doesn't get installed if you choose the compact
installation option. Try running the installation CD again and choosing to
install it.
