Switchboard Forms

I am adding new items to my main switchboard by using switch board manager.
I have 4 items that where prev there. I have now added 5 and 6. The problem
is that 5 and 6 do not show up on the main switchboard form.

Any ideas.

Post the record details from the Switchboard Items tables so we can
examine them. Also provide the Access version you are using.

Like so:
SwitchboardID ItemNumber ItemText Command Argument
1 0 Main Switchboard 0 Default
etc....
