Switchboard does not default

I created a switchboad, I did make it the default, but
when open the database it does not open to my default
switchboard. Could you please help me solve this issue
 
Have you set the Switchboard Form as the StartUp Form?

If you haven't, you can set this through the Menu Tools / StartUp / Display
Form ComboBox.
