When XP is in a workgroup you can switch user without logout the first user
but in a domain it is not possible.
Why is it not possible? is there a way to edit the registry to get this to
work in a domain.

FUS works in conjunction with the Welcome screen. The Welcome screen lists
every user on the workstation. In a domain environment what would it list,
every user in the domain? That could be thousands of users, not practical
or usable. There is no registry to modify this behavior.

No. It violates the Domain security paradigm.

Hi Tom.
I agree that listing all domain users in the welsome screen could be hard!
But I still think it would be a great thing to do even in a domain
enviroment. A solution to the list all users probleme would be pressing
ctrl-Alt-Del two times and typ in the domain username to swich user.
Im still curious why its not possible to make this thing to work....
