While installing a card reader device, I get an error
window (with the title C:\WINNT\SwapDrvr.exe) which says
that Swapdrvr223a.ini file seems to be corrupted.

This seems to make sense, since I cannot successfully
update the required driver manually.

I can't even find the file, or the .exe, anywhere in the
WINNT sub dir. !!
When I search the Windows 2000 CD for the file, I come up
empty.(maybe it's compressed?)

Anyone know how can I download it?

That doesn't sound like a Microsoft file, and there's no such file on my
Win2K system or install CD. It probably comes from the manufacturer of
the card reader.
