Robert,

You have MSBlaster - one of its many variants.
http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp

You need to quickly:
1) Install a firewall, or get a NAT router that supports PPP
(assuming your ISP provides PPP compatible dialup), to protect you
from reinfection.
2) Remove the infection. Check out these articles:
http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/blastera.html
http://www.visualante.org/msblast/
3) Go to http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com and apply all updates
(including MS03-039 / MS03-026).

If you remove the infection, then reconnect to get MS03-039 without
protection (firewall or router), you will be reinfected before you can
download the updates. You spread the infection as long as you are
online. The infection uses network resources to spread, which affects
everybody.

If you cannot get a firewall or router immediately, you will need to
download MS03-039 from another computer and transfer the update to
CD-ROM or other large media. Here's the download link for MS03-039
for Win2K (WARNING: long link and it wraps):
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...56-E7CE-44C3-8B94-817EA8485DD1&displaylang=en

You should have a firewall or router anyway - and both if possible.
PLEASE get protection - for yourself and everybody else.

Cheers,

Chuck
