All my virus updates are current Loaded updates from
Symantec on 08/07, 08/11 & 08/12 and I also did their
little Blaster fix but it doesn't fix anything. I would
love to download SP4 from Microsoft - and any other
patches specifically for this POS worm, but guess what, I
can't pull anything down from Microsoft. The farthest
I've been able to get is clicking "Accept" on the down
policy agreement when tryingto get Service Pack 4 - but
nothing happens after that. Any clues as to how a person
with crappy MSN dial-up connection is suppose to pull down
patches & fixes when the virus chokes off download
attempts?
BTW Has anyone had any luck speaking to a human at MS?
