svchost.exe error eith Authentication

I have a 2000 machine that is authenticationg via PEAP to
a 2003 server. When I login in as a user I get a
svchost.exe error and the authentication tab disappears
in the network properties for the NIC card. I have to log
back in as Administrator and restart the wireless
authentication service to see the tab again. But once I
login as a user requiring authentication I get the same
error.
 
What's the error? Any other useful information in an event log?
