I keep getting a svc.exe error saying svc.error has
occured windows will now shutdown. How can I fix this
problem. Also I'm unable to disconnect from my internet
connection or use any other features on my PC unless I
shut down completely. Double clicking the icons does not
work or using the menu options. Any help you can provide
would be greatly appreciate. OS is Windows 2000
professional.
