Is there a way to install sus on about 100 clients with
gpo, I have active directory, but I' don't want that the
user will be local machine administrator.

Are you referring to Software Update Services. If so you only install MSUS
on the server(s) and then you push out the Windows update settings by using
a group policy. Take a look at the following article
