SUS Update for revised patch???

As you know MS revised the MS02-050 patch. SUS has the old revision in it.
How do I setup the SUS to download and push the new revision out?

If the patch that SUS has needs updating then an updated version will be
downloaded without your having to do anything else except maybe approve it.
