SUS Question

Doesn't the service packs and patches that SUS update
require Administrator rights to installed on users system?
If the SUS does this automatically without me going to
every system than I'm in heaven...

Welcome to Heaven, then.

There is an Automatic Updates service on the machine and the updates run in
the context of that service -- not that of the user.
