Is it possible to create a survey form in outlook 2003, and send it to other
people **without** having them to publishe the form into their pers folder?
I've created the form but the other person cannot see the form because they
have to publish it. What other option do I have? I don't want to send it as
an attachment either. Thanks.

John

You can't have it both ways. If you don't want to have the other user publish, you have to send them an .oft Outlook template file as an attqachment.
