Sending a Survey

I created a survey (using word) and want to send it out so that people can
type in their answers and send it back. I tired using Easy Survey, but it
didn't instal properly. Is there a setting on Outlook to make it work?

Clarify - I want people to be able to respond to questions without printing
out and faxing back forms. I'd use a link to a website but ours in currently
under construction.

You can just attach the Word document and send it.

A more elegant, but more complicated, solution would be to use InfoPath
for this.

What version of Outlook are you using?

2003. Can I use InfoPath? For some reason, I thought that was on the '07
version. Can I use it though?
